Policies & Procedures

Reservations, Final Payment and Security Deposit:

-A valid driver’s license
-$100 (plus tax)/snowmobile deposit due at booking and remaining balance due on day of rental. THIS IS A NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.
-$500 security deposit to be held on credit card per sled on pickup

Renter Qualifications:

-Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license to rent
-Must be 18 years of age to be a driver

-Must sign rental agreement

Pick-up and Drop-off times:

-Snowmobiles will be available for pick-up at 9:00am

-Snowmobiles must be returned by 5:00pm on the last day of rental.

–Late returns will be charged $40 every half hour past 5pm. (Per sled) Please plan ahead.

Hours:

-9:00am – 5:00pm  7 days

Payment Methods:

-MasterCard, Visa and Discover

Other fees:

-Prices do not include sales tax (8.25%)
-All rentals leave with a full tank of gas/oil, if not returned full you will be charged accordingly.

Cancellations:

–Deposits are non-refundable, regardless of weather conditions, or you are unable to make your reservation for any reason.

-THERe are no money back refunds given

-If the conditions are what we deem to be “Unrideable”, you will be issued a raincheck which is a credit for any money you have put down good towards another rental. expires after 1 year.

-If the rental is returned early, there Are no refunds issued for unused time.

Damages:

-The renter is responsible for any and all damages caused to the snowmobile during the rental period.

There is NO additional insurance that we can provide for damages to your rental, you are responsible for any and all damages to the machines while out on your rental.

If snowmobile is damaged and rendered inoperable, regardless of who is at fault, the lesseE will be charged any and all recovery costs to bring it back to the shop.
